In 2012, we established a dedicated department for plastic compound injection. Why? To ensure precise control over wheel rim quality, incorporate built-in materials, reduce final product costs, and gain deeper insights into the end-product. Our plastic compounds, sourced from leading European manufacturers, enable us to produce wheel rims tailored to your needs. Depending on operating conditions, we offer wheel rims made from PA6, PA66, or PP, with the addition of glass fiber or carbon fiber for extreme applications.

When it comes to bearings, we prioritize proven quality and excellent sealing properties. Our preferred bearings come from reputable manufacturers such as Peer, Koyo, Ina, SKF, and FKL. Whether you seek recommendations or prefer to choose the bearing type yourself, we’ve got you covered.

Each wheel is assembled by trained personnel and checked before delivery. Our final inspection process covers key components such as the rubber tire, rim, bearing and complete wheel assembly, ensuring reliable performance in demanding agricultural applications.
