Since mid-2014, we have been at the forefront of rubber roller development, specifically designed for creating furrows in soil. Our ongoing work focuses on roller dimensions ranging from 400 mm to 700 mm in diameter, featuring various contact geometries (including round contact parts or those with crampons/patterns).
Our journey began with a series of prototypes, rigorously tested both in our specialized drum simulating real-world conditions and out in the field. The feedback we’ve received so far speaks volumes: our rubber rollers outperform all existing products of this kind in the market.
Years of research and field testing have culminated in the production of complete rollers. These versatile rollers are engineered to excel across different soil types, including light soil, clayey soil, and crusty soil. Their adaptability ensures optimal performance, regardless of the terrain.
One of our standout achievements lies in the self-cleaning effect. By incorporating special lubricant additives into the rubber compound for roller tires, we’ve achieved remarkable results. Whether it’s dry or wet conditions, our rollers maintain peak efficiency, thanks to our in-house laboratory and rubber compound expertise.
Customization is our forte. Depending on your specific requirements, we offer a variety of roller profiles. Notably, our flat profile ensures uniform surface tamping, making it ideal for sandy soil. Its extensive surface contact and excellent self-cleaning properties set it apart.
Choose innovation. Choose reliability. Choose our rubber rollers for soil preparation.
Flat Profile:
Uniform Surface Tamping: The flat profile ensures consistent surface compaction, making it ideal for various applications.
Sandy Soil Performance: With its large surface contact, this profile excels on sandy soil, delivering reliable results.
Self-Cleaning Properties: The design minimizes soil buildup, especially in wet conditions.

Rounded Profile:
Historical Efficiency: The rounded profile has been widely used due to its agricultural effectiveness.
Tough Terrain Capability: Its heavy-duty design allows it to tackle challenging landscapes.
Available Lengths: Select from lengths ranging from 655mm to 4,400mm.
Available in lengths of 655mm, 780mm, 905mm, 1.030mm, 1.155mm, 1.280mm, 1.400mm, 1.650mm, 1.900mm, 2.150mm, 2.280mm, 2.400mm, 2.650mm, 2.900mm, 3.150mm, 3.400mm, 3.650mm, 3.905mm, 4.150mm, 4.400mm.
Profile with Cleats:
Best of Both Worlds: Combining features from flat and rounded profiles, cleats leave a tread pattern on the soil.
Reduced Crusting: The tread pattern minimizes soil crust formation.
Increasingly Popular: This profile is gaining traction.
Available Lengths: Options range from 655mm to 4,400mm.
