Production Capabilities – Rubber
We operate 20 rubber injection molding machines, capable of producing parts weighing from 0.05 g up to 4,500 g per piece. This allows us to serve a wide range of applications with precision and repeatability.
Production Capabilities – LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber)
Our facility houses 5 LSR injection molding machines, each equipped with a full set of automatic dozers and color dosing systems. We can produce parts ranging from 0.05 g to 150 g per piece, ensuring high-quality components with consistent material properties.
Production Capabilities – Plastic
We own 6 plastic injection molding machines with clamping forces from 25 to 400 tons, capable of producing parts weighing from 1 g to 1.5 kg, depending on geometry. Our equipment allows us to deliver high-precision plastic components for a variety of industrial applications.
In-House Tool Manufacturing
All injection molding tools are designed and produced in our fully equipped tool room, allowing complete control over quality, lead times, and design flexibility. This ensures that every molded part meets the highest standards and that tooling adjustments can be implemented efficiently.
